INGENIUM SERVICE S.A.C. is a Peruvian multidisciplinary engineering company (civil works, metalworking, industrial maintenance) that managed its project finances in separate Excel spreadsheets. With several active projects at once, there was no centralized view of financial status, purchase receipts piled up on paper or loose photos with the risk of getting lost, and there was no visibility into third-party loans or how much was owed to each collaborator.
