Privacy Policy

We only collect data when you fill out the site's contact form:

• Name
• Email
• Phone (optional)
• The message you write
• The service category you're interested in and the rough estimate, if you arrived from one of the quick diagnostics

We use this data exclusively to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the next steps for your project. We don't use it for advertising, sell it, or share it with any third party other than the ones mentioned in this policy.

When you submit the form, the data is emailed to our inbox using Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes the delivery of the message but doesn't access the data for any other purpose. We don't currently store form data in our own database — it only lives in our inbox.

The site uses the minimum cookies necessary to work correctly:

• A technical cookie that remembers the language you chose (Spanish or English)
• A preference saved in your browser that remembers whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies, so we don't show the notice on every visit
• If you accept non-essential cookies, measurement and advertising cookies from Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and measure our campaign performance

These measurement and advertising cookies only activate if you accept non-essential cookies — never before. If you don't accept them, Google's tools run in cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode): they store nothing in your browser and only send anonymous signals, without personal identifiers, which Google uses in aggregate to estimate visits and conversions. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the saved preference in your browser.

Messages received through the form stay in our inbox until we decide to delete them manually. We don't yet have an automated retention system — if you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just reach out and we will.

You can email us at info@gestionwebgs.com at any time to request access to the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely.

We may update this policy if how we handle data changes. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
